How it works

We check BC Ferries conditions every 5 minutes and display the latest fill percentages for upcoming sailings. Data is sourced from bcferriesapi.ca, an open-source community project.

What the numbers mean

• Green — Under 70% full, space available
• Amber — 70-89% full, filling up
• Red — 90%+ full, very limited or no space

Routes covered

All major BC Ferries routes — Tsawwassen, Swartz Bay, Duke Point, Horseshoe Bay, Langdale, Departure Bay, Bowen Island, Fulford Harbour, and Southern Gulf Islands.
